Total number of voting rights and total share capital of ALK-Abelló A/S
According to Rules for Issuer’s Disclosure Duty No. 226 of March 15, 2007, section 17, subsection 2, ALK-Abelló A/S hereby publishes the total number of voting rights and total share capital of the company as follows:
The issued share capital of the company consists of 10,128,360 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10, equivalent to a total nominal share capital of DKK 101,283,600. The share capital consists of 920,760 A shares and 9,207,600 B shares. Each A share carries ten votes and each B share carries one vote. The total number of voting rights is 18,415,200.
