Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, ALK has received notification from Lundbeckfond Invest A/S that Lundbeckfond Invest A/S, Hellerup, Denmark, has increased its ownership in ALK-Abelló A/S.
Lundbeckfond Invest A/S now owns 39.40% of the company share capital equivalent to 920,720 A shares and 3,069,680 B shares, and 66.67% of the votes.
